Ingredients:
- Sirloin Beef (1 pound)
- Broccoli crowns (2 cups chopped)
- Ginger Seasoning (1 tbsp)
- Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (3 tbsp)
- Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Cornstarch (1/4 cup)
- White Wine (I used Riesling)
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds (1 tbsp)
Directions:
Cut sirloin beef into thin strips and place in a bowl.
Marinate beef with soy sauce, corn starch and white wine. Mix then seal.
While the beef is marinating, make 1 cup of rice and set it aside.
Cut broccoli into florets and add Broccoli to a pot, with water filled just above the broccoli. Heat until boiling, turn the heat off, then drain and pat dry.
Add vegetable oil to a frying pan with ginger and turn the heat to medium high
Add beef to pan once the oil is hot and let it sit for 1.5 minutes. Then flip. Let the beef sizzle for another minute and a half.
Add the broccoli florets to frying pan, and pour 3tbsp of oyster sauce, with 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Mix the broccoli and beef and oyster sauce together for 3 minutes on medium high. Set the food in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
Enjoy!
