Start off by dicing your 2 Bell peppers, 1 white Onion, and 5 cloves of garlic

Take the ground turkey, and cook it down with 1 tbsp of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add in the diced vegetables (onion, bell peppers, jalapeños – hold off on the garlic) in a pot. Cook all the vegetables down for a couples of minutes.

Add your seasonings (chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin, white pepper), then your diced garlic.

Make a well for the tomato paste and cook it down for a minute or so before mixing it with everything else. Add the can of diced tomatoes followed by the can of kidney beans, 1 can of IPA beer and 2 cups of chicken stock.

Cover and simmer for 3 hours on low.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
