Ground Turkey (2 lbs)

White Onion (1 diced)

Garlic (5 cloves – diced)

Red Bell Pepper (1 – diced)

Jalapeño (1 diced)

Kidney Beans (16oz can)

Chicken Stock (2 cups)

Green Bell Pepper (1 diced)

Tomato Paste (6oz)

Diced Tomatoes (16oz can)

1 Can of IPA beer ( I used Hooker – #Nofilter Double double)

Chlili Seasoning (2 Tbsp)

Onion Powder (1 Tsp)

Garlic Powder (1 Tsp)

Salt (1 tsp)

Black Pepper (1 tsp)

Cumin (1 tsp)

Oregano (1 tsp)

Paprika (1 tsp)

Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp)

White pepper (1 tsp)

Start off by dicing your 2 Bell peppers, 1 white Onion, and 5 cloves of garlic

Take the ground turkey, and cook it down with 1 tbsp of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add in the diced vegetables (onion, bell peppers, jalapeños – hold off on the garlic) in a pot. Cook all the vegetables down for a couples of minutes.

Add your seasonings (chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin, white pepper), then your diced garlic.

Make a well for the tomato paste and cook it down for a minute or so before mixing it with everything else. Add the can of diced tomatoes followed by the can of kidney beans, 1 can of IPA beer and 2 cups of chicken stock.

Cover and simmer for 3 hours on low.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
