Ingredients:
- Ground Chicken (2 pounds)
- Seasme topped Slider buns
- Pineapple (1 whole)
- Bread Crumbs
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Ground Ginger (1 1/2 teaspoons)
- Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
- Rice wine Vinegar (2 tablespoons)
- Corn Starch (1/2 tablespoon)
- Garlic Powder (1 1/2 teaspoons)
- Brown Sugar (1/4 Cup)
- Water (1 Tablespoon)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
Directions:
The first thing you would want to make would be the Teriyaki Sauce. Do this by combining the ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic cloves (chopped) and brown sugar in a bowl.
Turn the heat to medium-high and wait until the brown sugar cooks down. Separately mix the cornstarch and water and add to the sauce mixture. Set aside.
Next you are going to start with the burger. Put the ground chicken in bowl and break it up using a fork. Pour the Teriyaki sauce on the ground chicken and mix around until evenly coated. Mix in bread crumbs so the patties can bind together, making it easier to form patty sliders.
Make the ground chicken into patties that are slightly bigger then the slider buns. Press the center (Remember they will cook down so they will be smaller once finished) 2 Pounds of ground chicken makes about 10 patties.
Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes each side.
Cut the pineapple into slices then cut the slices into 4ths. Place 1/4 pineapple on top of the burger in between the slider buns. Stick a tooth pick in-between to keep them in place.
Enjoy!
