- Whole wheat Bread
- Warm (not melted) Butter (2 tbsp)
- Garlic cloves (3)
- Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup)
- Mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
First, chop the parsley into small pieces. Take the shredded mozzarella and cheddar, and dice it into even smaller pieces. Chop 3 gloves of garlic.
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl with the tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Spread the mixture onto one side of each slice of bread. Sprinkle additional cheese on the non-spread mixture side.
Turn the frying pan to medium and put one slice on the frying pan (spread side down) put the other slice on top (spread side up). Have the sandwich fry for about 3 minutes then flip.
Once both sides are browned, cut diagonally.
