Toddecooks Chicken Salad*


Rotisserie Chicken (Diced – 2 cups)

Mayonnaise (2 TBSP)

Celery (2 stalks, cut into 1/4 inch chunks)

Black pepper (1 Tbsp)

Kosher Salt (1 Tsp)

Pineapple Serrano seasoning (3 Tbsp)

Sumac (1 Tbsp)

Hot Sauce (1 Tsp)


Grab a large salad bowl

Slice big pieces off of the rotisserie chicken

Dice about 2 cups worth of the chicken and place in the bowl.

Season the chicken with 1 Tbsp of black pepper, 1 Tsp of kosher salt, and 3 Tbsp of Pineapple Serrano seasoning (found at the spice suite in dc)

Clean your celery, then Chop 2 stalks worth. Place in the salad bowl also.

Take 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise and add to bowl

Add 1 Tsp of your favorite hot sauce (I stand by Cholula)

Top with 1 Tbsp of Sumac

Mix together, seal and refrigerate

Enjoy! (Serves 5-6)
