Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs (3)
- Salt (1 Tsp)
- Pepper (1 Tsp)
- Italian Seasoning (1 Tsp)
- Honey (1 Tbsp)
- Olive oil (1/4 cup)
- Lemon (1/2 cup, 4 slices)
- Pasta (1 cup – I used spaghetti)
- Garlic (5 cloves)
- Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Butter (3 Tbsp)
- Parsley (chopped)
Directions:
Combine the Juice of a lemon, garlic cloves, honey, olive oil and Italian seasoning in a bowl, and whisk.

Honey Lemon Mixture
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Fry chicken thighs with butter for 5 minutes each side in a cast iron skillet. Pour 1/3 the honey lemon mixture on one side.
Start the oven for 350 Fahrenheit . Once ready, put the skillet in the oven for 20 minutes
Cook pasta while the chicken is in the oven.
Once the 20 minutes is up, make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly (above 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
Plate 4 slices of lemons on the dish, plate the pasta, place the chicken on top of the pasta and top with minimal chopped parsley.
Pour remainder of mixture on the chicken, pasta and mix.
