- Raw Unpeeled Shrimp (1 pound)
- Butter (3 tbsp)
- Olive Oil
- Angel Hair Pasta (3/4 of a pound)
- Garlic (4 cloves)
- Parsley (3 tbsp)
- Lemons (2)
Peel and devein raw shrimp. Then season with salt and black pepper.
Boil water to cook angel hair pasta
Measure out lemon juice.
Add Olive oil to frying pan and fry deveined and peeled shrimp on medium-low for around 5-10 minutes.
Once finished, plate the shrimp and grab a separate pan or clean and reuse the same pan.
Fry the garlic and parsley on on medium-low heat. Add Butter to pan along with lemon juice after 1-2 minutes.
Once finished boiling, drain the pasta.
Add Shrimp to the melted butter, parsley and garlic.
Add Angel hair pasta and toss. Add additional Parsley.
